AMBOSELI HR Goes to Work:
• Finds companies with professionals that match the client’s requirements
• Search our internal database and places advertisements in selected newspapers if necessary
• Approaches prospective candidates at mutually agreed-upon sites for initial discussions
• Gauges candidate “fit” and decides if candidate should progress to next step
• Collects resumes to begin the next step in the selection process
AMBOSELI HR evaluates candidates:
• An initial evaluation of the resumes collected from responses to advertising and company searches is carried out.
• A “Short List” of candidates is developed
• The Client’s requirements are explained to the candidates on the Short List.
• Approval is obtained from the candidates for their resumes to be forwarded to the client.
AMBOSELI HR Provides Client with Candidates for Selection:
